Steph Nash Mortgages was established in 2020 in the hopes that the mortgage experience we provide is better than that we experienced ourselves.
Our mission is to provide holistic, transparent advice that is in line with your values and unique life goals; and to find you the best possible solution to help make your dreams a reality.
We are located in Mount Hope, ON; but service all of Canada (excluding Quebec). Whether you're looking for your next mortgage, or you're just starting out, we're always happy to walk the journey beside you.

Hi! Welcome to Steph Nash Mortgages, I'm so glad you're here.
Steph Nash Mortgages was created to provide a better mortgage experience than my husband I and I had when getting our first mortgage. As a couple who have been self-employed for most of our adult lives, we didn't fit the risk appetite of the bank we'd dealt with for our entire lives. The feeling of inadequacy and defeat is something I never want my clients to experience.
After working for one of "the big 5 banks" for several years, I realized I could help more people obtain mortgage financing as a licensed Mortgage Agent.
My hope is to provide you with trusted, non-biased advice, so that you can make an informed decision on the product that best suits your needs. I'll also guide you through every step of the process so you understand the ins and outs of the product and the documents you sign.
